Morgantown High School Class of 1990 - 20 Year Reunion

Weekend Schedule

Friday, July 30th

8:00 PM - ???: Informal Gathering @ Bent Willey's (map: 471 Chestnut Street, Morgantown)

This will be an open event to all of our classmates and their guests. It will be cash bar.

Saturday, July 31st

10:30 - 11:30 AM Tour of Morgantown High (map: 109 Wilson Ave, Morgantown)

We will meet in front of the school and one of the faculty will be our tour guide. There have been many changes since we attended there 20 years ago.

12:00 - 4:00 PM: Family Picnic @ White Park (map: 1001 Mississippi Street, Morgantown)

After the tour, pick up lunch at one of your old favorites and bring the whole family for a picnic. This will give us a chance to meet each other's children. Parking is limited. The ice rink is down the road along with South Middle School for overflow.

6:00 PM - midnight: Dinner & Dance for classmates & guest @ Elks Lodge (map: 1138 Chestnut Ridge Road, Morgantown)

This is the main event for the weekend. We will have heavy hors d'oeuvres, soft drinks, wine and beer. There will be music and a photo slide show (with the help of those sending in pictures).

Sunday, August 1st

10:00 AM: Farewell Breakfast @ location TBD

Hotel Arrangements

There is a block of rooms reserved at the new Hilton Garden Inn located at 150 Suncrest Towne Center, Morgantown. We have a group rate of $99 / night per room for Friday and / or Saturday night. Reservations must be made by 6/30/10 to get this rate. Just mention that you are with the MHS Class of 1990. The phone number is 304-225-9500. The hotel will also provide shuttle service for its patrons to and from the Saturday night event at the Elks Lodge.

Payment

Register online or complete the registration form and send it in with your payment to the address on the registration form. Payment is necessary for the Saturday night Dinner & Dance. All money is due by June 1st, 2010.
